Welcome to the AWTeen website!  This website was designed to give visitors to AWTeen a one-stop place for information on the current activities of AWTeen's committees, for a calendar of upcoming events, and for forms where you can request assistance in resolving disputes.

AWTeen is a virtual world inside the Activeworlds Universe.  Activeworlds allows users to browse content in thousands 3-dimensional worlds, as well as chat with users from around the globe, build a house in cyberspace, or program and participate in interactive games and other events.  Whether you're a computer expert or a newbie, you'll find something for you in the Activeworlds environment!

AWTeen offers both citizens and tourists an opportunity to take advantage of features not found in many of Activeworlds' other public building worlds.  The world's diverse selection of objects includes over 1500 models not found in Alphaworld's building set, and includes the largest selection of objects in a public building world.  Special commands that give users the ability to cause objects to move and rotate, which are restricted in most worlds, are enabled for everyone in AWTeen.  A full-featured weather simulator operates on a continuous 26-hour cycle so that you'll be able to see your buildings in all times of day or night, and you'll never know when the next rain shower or thunderstorm will happen!  Weekly events and community activities give Activeworlds users the ability to come together and enjoy the community spirit, as well as compete to win valuable prizes such as free extensions to citizenships, T-shirts, and large worlds.  Public meetings allow everyone to voice his or her opinion on the world's policies and procedures.  Building dispute resolution services are available, and we guarantee that we will answer your E-Mails within 24 hours.  Objects that bring out the beauty of your buildings by enhancing light commands are available, and all objects are light source compatible!  Whether you're looking to chat, build, program, or play, AWTeen offers something for everyone!
