AWTeen Newsgroup
Charter
On November 16, 2001, the
AWTeen Core passed a vote removing the restrictions on newsgroup access
for the public. A newsgroup has been created with the help of
Andras where anyone may discuss
issues that are pertinent to AWTeen.
While it was decided that
the Core newsgroups will remain private because of issues of libel and
slander when discussing punishments for offenders, most posts in the
current Core newsgroup will be cross-posted to the new group for anyone to
read and/or reply. Core members will frequent the group to hear the
concerns of posters and bring up appropriate issues for official
discussions or votes in the Core-only group.
However, to keep the
newsgroups a friendly place to read and post, the Core has approved a
charter which will be enforced in its entirety. By accessing the
groups, you agree that you will abide by this charter, or risk removal
from the group.
Newsgroup Charter
The Newsgroup Charter contains rules to be followed when posting to the
AWTeen public access newsgroup.
