We hope that you'll enjoy your anniversary with us. However, if the planned trip does not interest you, you may elect to cancel. Should you decide to do so, only 5% of the trip cost would be lost. After all, it would be better to be at home than to be doing something you don't want to do.
You will not be offending anyone if you decide to cancel. If you choose to cancel, we'll provide you with a different gift.
As the trip brochures stated in 2010 and in 2012, if you decide to continue, then this trip will be better than any anniversary gift we've ever given you in the past. We strive to improve upon the previous trip every year. Please let us know if we can do anything to improve your experience. We're sure you'll still be going strong after another 36 anniversaries!
